Los Cenizos is a wholesale and retail nursery rooted in Moore, Texas. On ten acres of family land, we're propagating native and climate‑adapted species that belong to this landscape — from cenizo to Texas mountain laurel and beyond.

The land
Rooted in Moore, Texas.
Our operation sits on ten flat acres with commercial irrigation already in place and three independent power drops — the infrastructure to run a real production nursery from day one.
We're organizing the site into hoop houses for propagation, an acre dedicated to mother stock, and staging areas for containers ready to ship. Every plant will be tracked through propagation, growing, hardening, and sale — because knowing your cost per finished plant is how a nursery becomes a real business, not a hobby.
We are starting with a small, focused catalog of species proven to thrive in Texas: drought‑tolerant, tough, and beautiful. Growing what belongs here.

Our first year focuses on four to five signature species — proven performers in Texas landscapes. As we prove the operation, we'll expand to twenty species across trees, shrubs, perennials, and grasses.
